**Customize your trip with an optional add -on:

-Nearest Green Distillery Tour and Tasting: half-day excursion w/transportation - $175 per person
 During this guided tour, you will learn the story of Nathan "Uncle Nearest" Green, the first known African-American master whiskey distiller who also taught Jack Daniel the art of whiskey distillation. You will walk through various sites throughout the distillery, as well as taste the Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey Flight. This Flight includes the Master Blend Edition, which is now sold exclusively at Nearest Green Distillery. This walking tour is a little more than ½ mile throughout the 485-acre property. Guests are encouraged to wear supportive footwear.

-We strongly recommend travel insurance in case your plans change, or emergencies arise. When looking for a plan, pick the one that best suits your needs and your budget. We do recommend a "cancel for any reason" policy. In addition, "cancel for any reason" policies must often be purchased within 10 - 14 days of placing a deposit or booking your trip. A few companies you can try include: Faye Insurance, Travel Guard, and TravelEx.

- This trip is for women only. You must be 21 years old at time of travel.  
- A valid, credit card is required at the hotel for incidentals.
- Itinerary will be provided approximately 30 days before trip.

**ROOMMATE MATCHING IS AVAILABLE: Please fill out the Roommate Matching Form and we will match you with an ideal roommate. You will be matched once you have paid for 50% of your trip and approximately 45-60 days before travel. Please note that if we cannot find a match, you will be notified and responsible for the single occupancy rate. If you find your own roommate before being matched, please let us know as soon as possible. If your roommate cancels, we will try our best to match you again. If we are unable to do so, you will need to find a new roommate or pay the single occupancy rate.

-All deposits/payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
-Final payment is due by 4/5/26. 
-You may elect to pay in full or to pay in monthly installments. Select the "pay in full" option at checkout to use Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay. If you choose one of the pay later options, you will typically have 6-12 months to pay off your purchase.
